Important Information

• Guests must be 30+ years old to book.
• The maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children and infants.
• For security, an external camera monitors the driveway. There are no cameras in the home or back porch areas.
• A rental agreement and a copy of the driver’s license are required upon booking.
• Only the guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property—no day visitors or drop-ins.

This is a tranquil retreat, not a party house, so we kindly ask that you respect the peaceful nature of the home and neighborhood

Note: Our holiday rate is $425 per night with a 3 to a 6-night minimum. Holidays included New Year’s Day Week, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day Week and Christmas Day Week and Peak Season.
