Our home looks across the Beautiful North Cove Valley at the Honeycutt and Humpback Mountains. We have long range views of Mount Mitchell, which is the tallest peak east of the Mississippi River. You will have it all! Valley views, short and long-range mountain views. Come any time of the year and experience the splendor of the mountains.
You’ll immediately feel a sense of peace as you drive through the gates and up the 650-foot tree-lined driveway to our 3,000 square foot, three-story home.
Backing up to more than half a million acres of the Pisgah National Forest, this Vacation Home in the Linville North Carolina area was designed and built as a luxury vacation rental for families and groups wanting to experience near-total seclusion while also being a scenic drive away from a month’s worth of activities.

Before you book with any of our homes please read over the Policies to be sure our homes are a good fit for your family/group. These are not party houses. We do not allow for any Day Visitors to stop by. They were built by professionals for professionals. The total maximum number of people for each home includes all age children. No parties, pets, wedding, or events are allowed. There is one outside camera located on each home facing the driveway for security purposes.
With 3,000 square foot of indoor living space, 1800 square foot of outdoor porch area including 300 square foot covered porch you will have plenty of space for your group! (12 in beds).

Master Ensuite
The third floor includes a large master bedroom with a king-size bed with plump pillows and cozy, super-soft linens. Enjoy a large screen Smart TV, small seating area and an extra twin bed. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bedroom includes a separate thermostat for complete comfort.
2nd Floor
You will find two additional queen bedrooms with luxury linens. These bedrooms share a bath with shower and tub combo. There is also a laundry room.
Kitchen & Living Area
On the 2nd floor you will also find a huge, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, appliances and plenty of cooking and dining equipment and dishes. The dining table has plenty of seating for everyone plus bar seating nearby.
The living area includes a gas fireplace with room to warm up after a chilly day outside. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, a large-screen Smart TV, DVD player and DVD library.
First Floor
The first floor includes a bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional bunk room with a twin size bed over a full size bed as well as a twin pull out mattress to sleep 4.
You’ll also find a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
There’s also a game room with large-screen TV, pool table and room to play board games.

This large, elegant, secluded Linville Falls area home is in a gated community, with all paved roads, sits on 6 acres, with thousands of acres of the Pisgah National Forest bordering the back yard!!
The outdoor deck has a 5-person hot tub, fire table, multiple seating areas and a separate deck with lots of room for a local yoga instructor to come out and guide your group through a morning of yoga bliss or for a beautiful mountain-top surprise proposal.

Holiday Rates – $625 per night. 3-7 night minimum, depending on the holiday.
Note: Our holiday rate is $625 per night with a 3 to a 7-night minimum. Holidays included New Year’s Day Week, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day Week and Christmas Day Week.

Our extra-large deck makes a beautiful space for a romantic evening for a surprise proposal or an anniversary toast. The sunset, views and endless mountains will make it a night you will never forget.
This beautiful, one of a kind property has plenty of room for a yoga retreat, a team planning meeting or a night of stargazing. (maximum of 12 people total.)
